Jeanne is a corporate attorney with experience advising clients in a wide range of matters including, general commercial law, corporate formations, non-profits, corporate governance, start-ups, healthcare, technology and financing transactions.

Before joining Bailey Duquette, Jeanne was in-house counsel at the Freelancers Union and Goldman Sachs, where she gained extensive experience advising on transactional and regulatory matters.

Prior to that Jeanne worked at Winston & Strawn, where she focused her practice on lending and general corporate law.
