Jeannie Gallucci counsels clients in connection with a broad range of regulatory, litigation, and operational matters. Jeannie is often retained to resolve disputes which threaten a company’s existence or compromise its business strategy or market position. She routinely serves as an operational consultant and outside general counsel to her clients. In order to prioritize a company’s business goals, she develops strategic solutions based on a deep understanding of a company’s operations.

Jeannie has extensive experience defeating regulatory investigations, administrative violations, and office actions brought by myriad regulatory agencies. She helps her clients ease the burden of regulatory compliance by viewing and developing operational strategies through the regulatory lens. Jeannie has navigated clients through regulations in the beverage alcohol, food, hospitality, entertainment, gaming, cannabis, retail, manufacturing, consumer products, medical device, financial services, real estate, and construction industries.

As lead trial counsel, Jeannie has advocated on behalf of her clients’ interests in federal and state court actions and appeals concerning constitutional rights; declaratory judgments and injunctive relief; specific performance; nuisance laws; liquor, food, gaming, and other hospitality and entertainment related licenses; intellectual property disputes; trademark and copyright infringement; real estate, construction, land use, and zoning laws; partnership disputes; fraud; breach of fiduciary duty; breach of contract; rescission; and securities fraud.
