Peter has a general civil practice concentrated in real estate, business law and wills and estates. The real estate practice includes assisting clients buying, selling or leasing residential and commercial properties. He has extensive experience in cooperative and condominium law and transactions having closed hundreds of transactions over the last two decades, served on cooperative Boards of Directors for 15 years and won two appeals regarding powers of Cooperative Boards of Directors.
Peter also assists clients in setting up business entities, managing their businesses, buying and selling their businesses as well as arranging their personal affairs.
Although trained as a litigator during his first eight years in practice, Peter switched over to transactional work in the late 1990’s and has spent over twenty years advising people on their business and personal matters from concept to completion.
