Priyanka is a Law Clerk at Bailey Duquette P.C. in the firm’s disputes and corporate practices.
Prior to joining the firm, she completed her Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Osgoode Hall Law School, during which she gained significant experience at one of Canada’s top corporate law firms and a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. Her background also includes providing in-house legal support for an international pharmaceutical company and a leading AI-driven software company.
Priyanka is recognized for her strong advocacy skills demonstrated through her success as a semi-finalist in both the Lerner’s Moot Court Competition and the Dentons Negotiation Competition. Her exceptional negotiation skills led to her being selected as the Teaching Assistant for a senior-level Legal Negotiator course at her law school. Additionally, Priyanka’s research on legal and regulatory issues has been featured in notable publications, including the University of Southern California Law Journal and the UN Association in Canada, with select findings included in official UN reports.
Before pursuing law, Priyanka graduated magna cum laude with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa.
