Rick Bulman knows that his clients aren’t buying legal services, they are enabling business performance. As a practicing lawyer at major firms (KL/Gates, Akerman), and in executive and legal roles at companies from $1 to $1B (TEVA/IVAX), Rick learned the value of delivering the right work, at the right price and time, to accomplish the right result.  

In legal and business leadership roles, Rick acquired the hands-on skills required to cost-effectively achieve complicated business objectives in diverse industries including healthcare and life sciences (bio-pharmaceuticals, medical devices, services), computer hardware, software and services,  financial services (banking, insurance, real estate, securities) specialty manufacturing, and communications (digital, cable, satellite, telecom, wireless) matters.   

Rick’s accomplishments include co-founding life science and technology companies, finalizing multiple rounds of private financing, performing a 33-country analysis for a multi-billion Fortune 500 lender, coordinating  “I Love NY” brand rights for products and movies, drafting a $250,000 award-winning international business plan, consulting on global media rights for a NYT “best-selling” author, writing the intellectual property manual for a major public university, assisting in the creation of a national research laboratory, and teaching the first FL Bar accredited online CLE class.
