Robert manages Intellectual Property matters in the United States and internationally. He actively manages Patent, Trademark, and Copyright portfolios for domestic and international clients. Robert, also litigates intellectual property issues in Federal Court.
After a career in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear propulsion engineer, nuclear chemistry instructor and naval officer (retired), Robert applied his professional engineering experience in establishing an intellectual property practice. As a patent attorney, he is able to offer his clients a unique delivery of skill sets which allow entrepreneurs and inventors to benefit from his engineering insight into their intellectual property protection strategies.
His passion for helping establish appropriate intellectual property protection strategies to best meet the client’s needs is evident in every matter he handles.
