Tal Kastner is a corporate attorney with experience advising clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including general corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.
Tal practiced at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, LLP, where she represented clients in strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, start-ups, and financing transactions. She represented U.S. and international issuers in securities offerings, and guided clients with ongoing disclosure obligations, corporate governance, structuring, and compliance, and exchange listing standards. She also advised clients in the development of financial instruments.
Tal Kastner served as a law clerk for President Aharon Barak and Justice Dalia Dorner at the Supreme Court of Israel.
She has published articles on contract law and other topics.
